Total war warhammer norsca caster lord4/15/2023 ![]() ![]() Unfortunately it's rather hard to justify most non-Elven lords starting out there besides some Chaos characters who'd all be in the hinterlands of Naggaroth. The Naggaroth/Uluthuan part of the map is however, significantly less occupied with far fewer things going on overall. Something I'm hoping they can alleviate in the future. That means a similar density of starting positions to the old world but significantly less space for them all. If the Vampire Coast does become a proper faction (I'd imagine that like Norsca they'd be a dumping ground for LLs and characters who didn't make it into the main faction and could have some ties to the region) then most of their lords are also going to be here. If Araby is added, most of its lords are also going to be put here and I could see the reasoning for placing at least one of the possible Dogs of War LLs in the south maybe two of them. It'd be a nice quality of life thing for the lords who start in the south end of the mortal empires map which I feel is likely to become quite crowded as more lords and factions are added.Īll Lizardmen lords are likely to start somewhere in the south for one thing, and the majority of Tomb King Lords also start here. (Ignore the parts to the east and the chaos wastes to the north and just focus on the southern limits for the southlands and Lustria). Gelhemisnacht's southern map borders are ideal for me. ![]() Nehekhara and Araby are a tad cramped as is and Kroq-Gar's start position feels incredibly constrained especially since you're spending so much time clearing out vampiric corruption. ![]() I do hope that they expand the map southwards just a bit for the tomb kings. ![]()
